Well, I mean, a lot of them obviously knew that this was happening and were afraid to really poke too hard at it, especially during the peak woke, capital P, capital W era, because they knew what was going to happen.
We all know what would have happened in 2022 because we saw it happen to people on the right who were the only ones bold enough to be like, oh, my gosh, we have a problem.
We should name it.
We should talk about it.
But no cowardly Dems like Tim Walls were just now they want to come in and take credit.
It's hard to say.
I mean, the Charlotte example is tragic and interesting because that's also where Irina Tsardivska was stabbed on a train by an American citizen, which I think makes Americans say, we already have problems with people who should be incarcerated.
We have our own problems with people in every community in the United States who are not getting the help they need or who are getting really bad help or who are not being
treated properly because of the ways that we have liberalized, or even progressive DAs, good example, in a lot of cities have taken over criminal justice and other aspects of life.
So I think there's definitely part of that what's
what gives me a little bit of pause is that model culture is dead.
The like sort of legacy media as it was 10 years ago when we saw that, that other big wave of migration, it's, it's dead.
Uh, but the so-called mainstream media is still relatively powerful and there is a lot of disinformation,
about what's happening in the world.
And there is still a lot of like, quote, wokeness in media and elsewhere in our institutions.
And so I do think, in addition to some people just disagreeing with deportations, you still have people not fully understanding what's happening.
More people, I think, understand what's happening than would be in the past.
So I think that's a good news.
But I also think there's just a lot of bad information continuing to float out there.
And we get a New York Times piece here and there that uncovers obvious fraud related to one community in a very obvious way.
