I can't fathom staying out till 2 a.m.

Those were the two people that found her.

So it's they're holding her arms.

The way I understand it is like they have her by the arms and they're helping her walk back to her dorm.

then as they're walking her back to her dorm they pass paul flores and he says to them hey don't worry about it i got her i'll take her back to her dorm that never works out no so they say okay and then the girl says so basically it was like is that a drunk female let me let me take her
