The Idaho Supreme court ruled that the K the school district was not liable for failing to prevent the murder of Cassie, despite warnings of a column bind like shooting.

The justices said that the murder though tragic was unforeseeable and absent the benefit of hindsight.

But as far as her being killed in a remote house, like not at school... It's not like she was complaining, these boys keep bothering me.

No, I mean, actually, she was friends with them.

And she invited them over.

That's the part that's the sad part is that she invited them into her home because they were all friends.

Right.

And the other reason...

just to go just to backtrack a little bit, we talked about how they bought the movie tickets as an alibi.

But then when you watch the video of them being interrogated by the police, the police officers said, what was the movie about?

And they couldn't answer.

Well, probably.

But they were asking, okay, what was like... They're like, what movie?

Yeah, they were like, well, what was the movie about?

And neither one of them... That's when you didn't do enough research on your alibi.

They couldn't answer a single question about the plot, about the actors, about who was in it, about anything.

So then they changed their story and said, okay, I didn't want to tell you this because we didn't want to get in trouble, but we didn't really go see a movie.

We were breaking into cars.

So then they said that they were... They bought the movie tickets and then didn't go to the movie.

They were just out breaking into cars.
