That's her happy place, McDonald's.
So let's talk about what has happened since her arrest.
After being taken into custody, Snelling was held at the Fayette County Detention Center before a judge allowed her release on $100,000 bond.
She was placed on house arrest and she went back to Tennessee.
So her parents are divorced.
Her mom and dad both live in Tennessee.
What if house arrest for someone like that?
Isn't house arrest really to keep them from getting into trouble again?
it's like well what do you where do you want you want her to go straight to jail i don't know i'm just saying like okay wow good she's staying in the house well that's i mean well i think the house arrest is just temporary until they determine whether the baby died by natural causes or whether the baby died and now that they know that the baby but she's still she's still on house arrest even though she's been arrested this is the case where i it to me it gets confusing because it's like so so tragic all around and
And I don't know her story.
What if she has, what if she was in serious fear and her parents and, you know, and just immature, obviously.
I don't know.
What do you do?
Throw her in jail for the rest of her life?
Does that really solve and make things right?
I don't know, but we did.
But the manslaughter charge, the first degree manslaughter, what was it?
Carries what?
10 to 20 years in prison.
See, so she goes, I don't know.
