I wonder how long this snack fixation will last.
To be honest, it might be years.
I could see this one going on years.
I had a phase with this one smoothie.
I was so obsessed with this one smoothie.
It was so good.
I think I drank it every day for over a year.
And then it got replaced by this snack, this apple peanut butter yogurt snack.
And I have a feeling I'm going to be on this one for a while.
You won't hear about me replacing the snack for a while.
This is like one of the best snacks I've ever I've ever made.
I mentioned flaky salt and my next favorite thing is flaky salt.
I love flaky salt.
I like having a little dish of flaky salt out while I'm eating and I like to be able to add flaky salt as I'm eating.
Like for example, I've been recently making a lot of soups.
And listen, my soup is salty, but I try not to make my foods too salty, because it kind of scares me.
Because you can't take away salt, right?
You can only add it.
So I always, when cooking, under salt a little, because I'm like, I can salt to taste in the moment.
And there's something about just digging into the little salt thing.
