That's how I used to fold papers when I did the paper round because we have small letter boxes in England and you have to get it through without it scratching.

But it was like a whole thing.

And I think that that level of attention to detail and excellence and pride in what you're doing, it goes in you.

Like it just is like that's the expectation.

So, again, I expect that.

from people that are around me.

But I give that in everything.

I'm coming into you.

I'm going to give you my best for the hour that I'm with you.

And I'm going to take notice of what you need to do and what your audience wants and how things should be done.

But that's just like how you show up.

That's just how to be a good person and a good human being.

And I don't think it takes that much.

So I try to bring that into every situation and it works.

You know, it's 100 percent.

First of all, it's an absolutely brilliant question.

And I think that the first time I failed in the US was exactly that, like not understanding that the way they behave, the way they speak is really hyperbolic.

It is really like you'd go to LA to a meeting and instead of them saying, you know, it's really funny.

I always talk about like the differences in cultures.

You know, in England, we talk about the weather for about the first 15 minutes.
