That's how I used to fold papers when I did the paper round because we have small letter boxes in England and you have to get it through without it scratching.
But it was like a whole thing.
And I think that that level of attention to detail and excellence and pride in what you're doing, it goes in you.
Like it just is like that's the expectation.

And I don't think it takes that much.
So I try to bring that into every situation and it works.
You know, it's 100 percent.
First of all, it's an absolutely brilliant question.
And I think that the first time I failed in the US was exactly that, like not understanding that the way they behave, the way they speak is really hyperbolic.
It is really like you'd go to LA to a meeting and instead of them saying, you know, it's really funny.
I always talk about like the differences in cultures.
You know, in England, we talk about the weather for about the first 15 minutes.
