I am not apologising.

You need to rewire the way that you think.

And so I'm not, again, going to kind of sit there and do what would be the default kind of people please.

Oh, don't make that person uncomfortable.

Absolutely not.

You have to draw attention to that because people don't do better unless they know better.

either empowering women or female empowerment because it suggests that the woman needs lifting up yeah you know the the working title for my book was without apology and like even the idea that the apology was in the title was already pissing me off I was like we are not making a without apology apology of any apology delete the word get it out yes um

You know what it is?

Because I think that, you know, female empowerment, women empowerment, it's become performative without the substance that really makes it work.

So I'll give you an example.

I remember sitting on a panel.

The title of the panel was Women, Power and Money.

Within the panel, somebody said I was inelegant for speaking about money.

I was like, sorry, I had to like check the title.

I was like, Women, Power and Money.
