Like just take, take in every moment.

And luckily I am someone who stops to smell the roses.

Like it's like, I will celebrate like,

Anything.

Like a good hair day, like a, you know, a new top.

Like I bought a new top yesterday on my way from the airport.

Do you know what I mean?

Like to me, it's like I try to make sure I'm noticing everything.

And that I think is really helpful in your life.

And again, I was like that as a kid.

You know, I used to buy...

flowers from the gas station, from the petrol garage.

And I would spend that $4.99 on flowers and I would like take each flower out and put each flower in a different thing in a different space because it's like, I'm just that person who's going to wring the best out of it.

Do you know what I mean?

Like whatever it is.

And so I feel like that expandability of making whatever it is big and important and meaningful is something that I'm always trying to do.

ownership than you thought and I think the minute you know I have this wonderful friend Diane von Furstenberg oh and she just I mean she's such a legend such a legend and you know she says the most important relationship you'll ever have is the relationship you have with yourself and you know I think about that because like so many of us I have this constant conversation going on

And you can tell yourself a lot of shit that will keep you small and it will keep you down.

Or you can talk yourself up every day.
