What do you say?
I think that the comment that really got people is that I said work-life balance is your problem, that it's not your employer's problem to figure out your work-life balance.
By the way, I'm just going to double down.
I mean, I stand by what I said and I will go one step further because I honestly believe that work-from-home culture is killing life.
Like when you think about where we are right now, right?
Marriage rates declining, birth rates declining, this idea of there being a loneliness epidemic.
And then you think that the people working from home isn't directly correlated from that.
The idea that you would sit in your living room and be able to make the most of life.
Because let's break it down, right?
When you look at every study out there and talk about what it takes to live a successful life, it's not about work.
It's not about money.
It's not about career.
It's about
your relationships and the closeness of your community and relationships.
So the minute you start shutting that stuff down, you shut down life.
Yeah, not in my house.
In my house we're good.
Well, here's the thing.
Whether or not I think about them as problems, they're problems for society.
They're problems for the world.
