But, and it was, you know, all I had ever listened to was jazz and I had like fallen in love with this guy and I, and it got my heart broken.
And I was like, well, I'm going to write exactly how that feels.
And so it's just like a very nostalgic experience.
I wanted to paint the picture of all the things that you feel when you're in love.
So I did this in Nashville with my producer, Seth Mosley.

I know that's horrible to say, but I've got to be honest.
Sometimes I sing songs, but this is the beauty of showing it to new people is they get to reintroduce it to you.

Now I think, and it's just maybe because I've kind of gotten into the rhythm of doing them, but that's why I like doing stuff live is because, especially with jazz or jazzy elements to things is because they never really sound the same.
