It feels so good to put my phone away and read paper.
I only read like a chapter at night, but it's been great so far.
I feel less tension in my body.
I feel like everyone should be stretching more.
I want to learn how to do the splits.
And mostly it's all just in my head right now because I'm not actually putting it into practice, but that would be kind of fun.

And it made me feel way more present.
