This is back to my privilege.
I mean, I've had jobs, but it wasn't like a high-stakes five-interview process, like nothing remotely like that in my life.
So I get into these situations where I don't understand.
You have to feign complete excitement at every single monotonous thing they're telling you the job is part of.
I was in this thing, and someone with their dog was like, bring a dog to work today.
And I almost like leave the interview to go pet the dog in the middle of the interview because it was like, there's a dog.
It's much more exciting than talking about transactional documents.
Are you crazy?
I did not get that job, you know.
They teach you that in improv.
Like everything the scene partner tells you has to be this like explosive reaction from you in some direction.
Just give them something to work with.
I took improv many times.
It helps for trial.
Because you're in a, you're in a situation, let's say like I pick a jury and this happened to me more than once where you're picking a jury and then you tell the, you know, someone just blurts it out.
Like I hate plaintiff's attorneys.
They are scums.
And that's me, right?
I'm the plaintiff's attorney.
And I go, well, thank you for being so honest.
