We have 4.6 million riders every day.

We have six felonies a day. Out of 4.6 million, I don't feel like going to work. I'm pissed off. People on the subway. It's a miracle that we're able to move that volume of people every day and deal with the mental health issues down in the subway system. People are attracted to that.
