There have been CEOs that have been really good influences for me that I think are really smart.

One of them is Josh McFarlane, who started Telepart.

Another who I work with really closely is Doug Knopper, who started Freewill.

And those have been great influences in how I run the business.

I I'm going to answer a slightly different question, which is that I've moved almost all of how I interact with my reports to get off of the computer to be on the iPad.

So I bought an iPad just for this purpose.

And I use good notes, handwritten like pen notes on the iPad for everything.

And it's really changed the entire way that I manage people.

Uh, so I have a kid who is one, uh, and so the answer is a lot fewer than I would like.
