But again, my experience is to plan for the worst, but know realistically you should be able to beat that over time.

My friend Matt Williamson, he's the CEO of a company called Windsor Circle.
They're actually one floor above us in Durham.
He worked with me at Bronto and he's built a great business at Windsor Circle.
And man, he has seen the highs and he has seen the lows.
And he's someone that I hang out with quite a bit.

It, uh, it is like made our business so much cleaner.
We were doing a lot of invoices, sort of like traditional services company type stuff, you know, as an agency, that's typically how you run your business.
