But I don't know if those will get called really.
And so you have to really communicate like Gouley was saying.
And there are times where โ
Because a lot of the Canadian system in the defensive zone is man on man, especially up high.
It's a hybrid system.
People keep saying it's man on man.
It's not.
It's a hybrid system where it's man on man up high.
they can really expose you there, especially with a guy like Nick Ehlers, who's a burner, you know, he skates so fast.
They, they have a few forwards that are so quick, whether it's Jarvis or Ehlers or, or Stankoven or Hall, those four guys in particular.
And, and also some of the deeper guys like Robinson and carry and really skate well, they will pick you up high and you try and make the switch over and follow through your men.
And like,
It's hard to keep up with a guy like Ehlers.
And, you know, they were looking for all those backdoor plays if they got free off that pick.
So I thought the Canadians defended so well against that stuff.
I thought they found a way to find the guy on the backdoor.
Even if they weren't looking at the puck and trying to intercept it, they were taking their men.
This is something to look out for as this series goes.
I know we're getting into like real inside baseball here, but like.
This is the stuff, if you're watching, if you want to know how the Canadians can beat these guys, you have to hold them up on the forecheck a little bit, and you have to be able to play through those picks when they get their waves of pressure.
