We couldn't have done anything to stop this.

And so I think that that is the horse they're likely going to ride.

Nancy, I think that's sound advice in part because as the lawsuit proceeds, there's going to be a discovery process whereby Washington State University officials are going to be deposed.

They're going to be asked questions under oath, peppered with inquiries from the plaintiff's side.

They're going to have to answer questions under oath in writing.

They're going to have to provide materials.

And we're going to learn a lot more about these alleged failures on behalf of the university

And I think Steve Gonsalves earlier in the program said it best.

You know, he said, our leaders need to be better.

And that seems like the theme of this lawsuit.
