And at Warner Brothers, I had 7,000 programs sold on any given day.

And he wanted me to handle the one Pixar movie a year, which 7,000 versus one, I wouldn't know what I would do most of the day.

You know what?

My take on him was rather simple.

If you were weak or not that smart, he would probably bully and go after you.

If you had good ideas and spoke your mind and weren't insecure, he respected you and was quite nice.

So all of the horror stories we've heard, I never heard.
