Then the day, like, you know, I was talking to this founder and he was mentioning, he's like, dude, I'm never going to raise from like PE ever again, just because they're just so locked in and good for them.
Like they have, they're a fiduciary.
They want to make money for their people.
Because that's all he cared about.
He was like, you know, every single month, every quarter, they're just grilling me for numbers and analytics and da-da-da-da-da.
Whereas, you know, these other investors that we've raised capital with, it's like, they're just checking in.
How's the family?
How's the kid?
How's X, Y, and Z?
Like, those are the people you want to be in lockstep with, man.
Like-
No, it's ridiculous.
And you come to the end of the month, end of the quarter, and you've got to worry about projections.
Yeah, no, man.
Obviously, yes, you need to be held accountable.
But it's like, I gave you money because I believe in you, and I believe that you have the vision.
And now if I'm giving you too much feedback or I'm weighing you down, you can't operate.
