Unlike L.A., actually L.A., the city, like it's hard for me to imagine.
I can't imagine a hundred billion dollar company coming out of Venice, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, places like that, which is it's painful to me, but I think it's the reality would love to be proven wrong.
Hopefully, I haven't passed on that company yet.
