I just wanted everyone to be treated the same. And so That's the way I was raised. My dad lost his job as a cop when he wouldn't essentially get bribed. He wouldn't allow a bribe from a mayor to influence him. Well, that's amazing. That was my earliest experience. We were in a small town in Iowa, and he was the police chief. The mayor very publicly tried to corrupt him, and he wouldn't do it.

I will also be open minded as to what we could have done to prevent it, to prevent it, why resources that should have been there weren't there. And as a member of the Homeland Security Committee, make sure that we're better prepared next time. And if there is accountability that should have that should come to be part of that. But like there's fires are still burning right now.
