But the point is, I had nowhere left to go.
By the fifth overtime, I had nowhere to go.
I was already at the top of my lungs screaming on every, you know, icing, you know, like at that point.
And I was out of words.
I really was.
It was simply last names.
There was no description.
It was Lemieux, Smith, Jones, that kind of thing.
And so I remember afterwards, Larry Christensen was exec at our place for a long time.
He would tell me, hey, you got to give yourself some room to go, you know, because you never know how long the game's going to go.
So that was a great tip.
But the next time it happened, I was much more prepared from where my range started, economy of words, and those kinds of things.
And I started to lean into it, and I got really into it.
And
And so those who tell you that records are made to be broken, I believe they're lying.
Because I don't want anyone to touch that longest game.
Because right now, the Primo game, which was 26 years ago, is the longest televised game in hockey history, which I think is really cool to be a part of.
And I had the top three, by the way, for a long time.
So there were two games in the 20s.
Maybe one in the 30s, one in the 20s wasn't televised.
