The Maricopa County Attorney's Office says Haley Beck is facing one recommended count of pandering, which is inducing another to engage in prostitution.

I feel like there's got to be like something about endangering a minor and shit in there too.

So I don't think this is like the only charge that she's going to face.

The recommended charge is a class five felony punishable by up to two and a half years in prison and fines of up to 150 K. I don't think they have proof that she had a physical relationship with him.

So that's probably why this is pretty light.

Yeah.

But we'll see.

And apparently this this charge comes from the fact that the cops found tons of digital communication between Haley and the student while the student was in the school.

It says the communications are intimate and sexually explicit at times with references to financial transfers and also in-person meetups.

And then they found this fucking crazy.

So, yeah, the cops discovered all this information on her phone, obviously, but also they were executing a search warrant back in August on her apartment, and they found a note that Haley wrote to this student, like a handwritten note that says, there is truly no other student, and then in parentheses, I know so wrong that I'd want to do all this with.

So, like...

really making him feel special like they're the only student in school that i want to be fucking gross uh and then she says i mean you've been to my parents house in their closet insane so she was hiding him it sounds like and where in her own closet it says i mean you've been to my parents house in their closet

So were they together at her parents' house and then she had to hide him?

That's what it feels like.
