And the talent.
And the talent.
They've got everything.
They've got every level as a very good player.
The Jets aren't close to that, but here's the lesson I take from Seattle.
And this is very difficult for me to say because I'm going to have to remind myself this month after month after month.
Maybe the first thing we need to do is not get a quarterback.
Maybe the first thing we need to do, to quote Tiki Barber, is to build that ass first.
Because the Seahawks are evidence that if you build a good enough roster and you're well coached, and we don't have that answer yet on Aaron Glenn, you could very well insert the relatively young veteran quarterback at the very end.
And take yourself from a good team who's got a nice ass to a team competing for a championship.
So that's the difference.
So the difference with the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks is how they were built.
But it proves that there isn't a correct, put that in quotes, correct formula to building a potential championship team.
The Seahawks did it with...
Building trenches, bringing a quarterback.
The Patriots did it by, we kind of got this whatever pieces, let's just go get our star franchise quarterback.
And it can change everything.
Obviously, good coaching goes with all of this.
That goes without saying.
But they did it in very different ways, but they're both at the same spot.
