Would I have preferred, because I always want to be honest with you, would I have preferred Kyle Tucker over Bo Bichette?
I would have.
And my answer to that is, A, I think Kyle Tucker is better, and B, he fits neater with this team because he's an outfielder and the Mets need outfield help.
With all of that said, as I mentioned earlier, this was my number one pivot plan.
So
I like it.
I'm excited about it.
I feel better about this team.
But I can't sit here and alter how I would have felt if they signed Kyle Tucker.
That's the way I feel.
