It's my right to control your tongue. We have the right to be offended. And just stop and think about that for a minute. In some parts of the world, you're not allowed to be offended by things. You're not allowed to express your outrage at things. You have to suck it up. In Canada, we have the right to be offended, not the right not to be offended.
