I'm not exercising regularly.

I do some stress eating.

And it's, yeah, so there's a constant stress.

Being in a conscious state of negative self-talk.

It's striking because I have... Yeah, I have a great wife and I have boys that obviously think I'm their hero.

And I just... I don't know if I'm able to fully enter into that and fully be present to them and take that in stride and run with it.

Yeah, so most of our business is in Canada, and so I want to explore what export opportunities there are for us to start to grow outside of Canada.

Uh, I'm the right guy to start the process and to kind of, uh, you know, build a clear kind of vision for what we can do there.

And then, and then it's better at that point for me to hand it off to the team.

Not somebody currently in our organization, I would say.
