So we had FBI agents watch his routine from when he woke up to when he took her to the church school and then when he went back home. On September 9th, he spent from 10.30 a.m. to almost 9 p.m. in the park, 11 hours up there. I think this is when he found his spot. On the way back is when he started calling Tony's eye clinic. He started arranging everything for this anniversary trip.
