My main emotion coming off the back of that is relief.
Because as I said at the start, that is a chat that I've been putting off having for a very long time.
I am 45 this year in a few months time.
So this is very much a conversation that I need to be having.
And these are subjects that I fundamentally want to understand better so that I can make informed decisions about what I want to do next.
As Louise said, she's not sat here saying everybody should take hormones.
But what we should be doing is looking out for symptoms that are causing us great distress or even just like mild annoyance and do something about it.
