we've really all got to think about it.

And I have done it in the past.

I've sent shitty emails and massively regretted it after.

The thing I do now is write the shitty email, write the text, really go for it with, you know, no filtering and then delete it.

You've got it out of you, but you've not sent it and you've not committed that to the digital world.

So is any of that helpful or useful?

Probably not.

I've wanted this chat to happen for a long time.

I've just been on a book tour for my book, Likeable, which, you know, it's always an interesting thing going on a book tour.

You actually get to talk to people and see what they think about that subject matter and the context.

notion of trying to be likeable to everybody is something that still greatly interests me and something that I want to personally challenge.
