I love that so much.

This is one of those days when I recorded that chat that I just thought I'm so lucky that I get to sit down and have these curious conversations with interesting people all the time.

I love it.

I took so much from that chat.

So much.

And again, because Carol is that bit older than me.

It was just so amazing to hear the lessons that she's learned in the last 20 years, which I think helps a lot of us women in our 40s navigate that and also maybe fast track some of those lessons as well.

I loved it.

Now, I know that of anyone, Carol would definitely be a strong advocate for reading lots of brilliant books.

So let me tell you about the book that we're reading for the Happy Place Book Club in April.

It's a fiction.

It's a book called You and Me, You and Me, You and Me.

And it's by Josie Lloyd and Emlyn Reese.

They're actually a married couple themselves.

And they've written this brilliant story about a married couple who are stuck in a bit of a rut.

The concept is genius.

So you've got Adam who stumbles across some old mixtapes that he and Jules, his wife, made for each other when they were younger, when they were falling in love.
