It depends on Stanford because they had to,

when you begin a new research you have to you have to make how you say bibliography you have to start from bibliography then you move to some preliminary processing data and then you have to do other things and so move to move further so this needs time

to cut off noise artifacts and other things you have to use a tool called filter and filtering is done using a particular window so a windowing a filtering windowing in this case a three-dimensional filtering window to do this
You need more powerful computational effort with respect to the 1.0.
