Janice Boylan did run in the general election pretty miserable performance.

Mary Lou had the best part of one and a half seats.
So she would have been a TD had she run and so on and so forth.
But she didn't.
They said she runs 18 months ago and wasn't anywhere near.
And then you're looking at Janine Charette, who is obviously a campaigner on health service issues and scoliosis as a result of the very awful passing of.
of her son, Harvey Morrison.
And she was in effect becoming the kind of the parachute candidate of the party leadership.
But that came awry at the party convention where they stuck with the local candidates.
And Sinn Féin have long and very often been criticised for not having democratic structures in place, the party hierarchy and the men in grey suits deciding who candidates were.
In this case, there was a democratic convention.
