And the peace process really was kicking off in late 1993 through the efforts of the late Taoiseach Albert Reynolds and the British Prime Minister John Major.
We had things like the Downing Street Declaration.
It took until August 1994 for a full IRA ceasefire.
And that was pulling and dragging on and then shock horror.
February 1996, basically three and a half months before this incident, one day a statement, a terse statement from the IRA saying, look, ceasefire is over.
One hour later, two bombs in London, several people killed, including the Canary Wharf bomb.
