And I think that this is hopefully, and this is the positive spin, right?
Like if you want to change, if you want to bring this organization into compete with a modern NFL and the other 31 teams around here, you need to change.
And Joe Shane was the only, the start of that change.
Like you, there are still some things that I think any GM Joe Shane or otherwise are going to have these hurdles.
And possibly that has finally been changed.
Yeah.
I expect those changes to be quiet, too.
I think that's one of those things where we're going to have to be scouring the Giants' website to see names removed or titles changed, that kind of thing.
Yeah, I agree with your analysis there, right?
Like, we don't know any of this, but that seems the most likely.
And the truth of the matter is that when a GM and a head coach come in together, they'd probably be building...
From the from the same starting point, right, with the same philosophy in line, probably, you know, I guess it doesn't always work that way.
It depends on the hiring cycle and who's available.
But, you know, at least you're on the same page.
You're on the same team.
And.
And with that becomes, you know, building those staffs, you know, the scouting department and all that stuff and overhauling whatever organization you go to is somewhat of a collaborative effort in terms of philosophy and whatever.
And this situation where John Harbaugh is coming into something that was already
pre-built, you know, not having been a part of that.
And, you know, you could be on the same page with Joe Shane, but all of those other people, you don't know very well.
