Chicago was almost always bad.

And they didn't have to deal with the more tumultuous Aaron Rodgers to Jordan Love transition.

This was a much tougher division with Cincinnati being up and down with the Andy Dalton years.
And you have Joe Burrow come in there with Jamar Chase.
And the Steelers always neck and neck with them.
AFC North was always trouble.
And then...
In the AFC, you're always dealing with Tom Brady anyway and Peyton Manning for all those years.
I mean, this is another time where I'm not going to throw too much cold water, but he has had the benefit of Ed Reed, Ray Lewis, Terrell Suggs, Poloti Nada.
I felt like all those guys played for like 15 years in purple and black.
Yeah, so that certainly helped him, but, again, it's not like there's any, like, real bad defensive coordinator hires in it, like you said with Zach Ward.

I never wanted to go up against a Baltimore Ravens defense.
I was always more worried about that than offense.
