I think that he has a lot of qualities that they see as a, as a,

future bright mind, like something that they can mold and develop and possibly maybe he becomes a defensive coordinator when Denard Wilson becomes a head coach somewhere or something like that.

I think that they see him as dedicated, hardworking, communicates well with the players, motivates them well, like all of these like...

important intangible factors for a high-ranking coach, like a defensive coordinator, and stuff like that, and just needs time to mold his mind, you know what I mean, and build that.

There's no reason to jettison him.

We don't know the roles that either of these guys are being retained within, though.

I really like that, that Jack Harbaugh's third son, like Ronnie Barnes, he really is like a part of the Harbaugh thing.

And like you said, where he's a hard-nosed guy, I think there was actually like a scandal when he was the head coach of Oregon where like the summer offseason program, like a bunch of students or like student athletes like.

Like had like fatigue from.

And that's OK.

He's got a little head coach.

So that'll be John Harbaugh making sure that he's got his players on the body armor routine.
