So being affectionately desirous of you, we were ready to share with you not only the gospel of God, but also our own selves, because you had become very dear to us.

And I lent it to my little sister, her first Holy Communion.

I lent it to my little brother, took it back after he got done with it.

There is a new version of this called the Action Bible that they know, their parents know, that Uncle Father Mike is going to give them an Action Bible to all the second graders when they get it.
