And so I've done this so many times, right, in various stages of my property journeys.
And it has always accelerated the timeline so fast I can barely keep up.
Over the last year or so, since I've not had use of my flat...
I made a real concerted effort to go into different Airbnbs and I would stay in different areas of London that I'd never stayed in before.
I stayed in Kennington.
I've gone south, which I've never done before.
I went and stayed in a beautiful flat in Hampstead overlooking the ponds.
I went back to Camden a lot because that's where I spent my 20s and I loved living there.
I went east and I went to around Shoreditch.
I went to all these different areas to see what I liked.
Then about six months ago, I started to view properties.
Now, when you're doing this and you either haven't sold your property or you haven't made up your mind about what you want, or you maybe don't have the money yet, you can feel like such a twat.
Like you can feel like such a time waster.
And especially when you are on the phone to a state agent saying, yeah, I'm
looking at houses around a million pounds like you're just saying it like it's a normal thing and they don't know that you're a single mum that is only qualified to do beauty treatments okay they don't know that about you but you feel like they know and I mean I've gone to view some wild houses I've gone to view some like celebrities houses like Damien Lewis's old house by the way it was tiny like it was beautiful house but the bed was in a cupboard at
Absolutely not for me.
It can take a certain level of work to feel safe and to feel like you're not being a dickhead.
You're not wasting people's time.
You're like, no, this is what I'm going to be manifesting into my life.
And this is what I need to start looking at.
