I listened to that subliminal overnight.

This sounds, I'm going to use the word again, audacious.

What do you mean, Fran?

What do you mean you don't have to actually sell your flat to be able to buy this dream house that you used to think you'd have to sell your flat, your house, and all your worldly possessions and probably one of your children for?

All of a sudden, I was like, I'm a chronic overpayer on my mortgage.

I bet I've got enough equity in my home to be able to buy this house

without even touching the flat.

I check in with my mortgage advisor.

Lesson number two, to make your dreams a reality, to make audacious things happen, you need to start involving what I call professionals, okay?

It is important to say these things out loud to your best friend, to your sister, to your partner.

but also start to involve professionals.

So say it's your goal, it's your dream to show your film at the Cannes Film Festival.

Start speaking to somebody who's had their film shown at the Cannes Film Festival.

Actually reach out to them and speak to them and say the words out loud.
