But the actual biggest challenge for reform, you talk about 300, 400 guys in parliament, is where do you find three to 400 people?
Who are good people, who are conscientious people, who don't have a scandal rating?
Well, that's part of it, but you also then have to be charismatic because this is the difference between the US and the UK.
