I thought it was really smart of NBC because you're getting, you know, maybe you're getting some casual fans and everyone's looking at this guy like, like, how does this guy, where did this guy come from?
I mean, how is a guy in a league where everyone's big?
How is he that much bigger than,
than everyone else.
And he's that skilled.
I thought that was really smart of them to do that, where you're introducing a lot of people to the backstory of Victor Wimbenyama.
I thought NBC did a really good job.
They could have done that or they could have done the Kevin Hart roast where he's making fun of players, you know, at the All-Star game.
I thought it was smart what they did, choosing to do a nice feature story on Wimbenyama.
I just don't like, you know, how many games they all miss and they never played together.
They did this, you know, they went through this last year and then they got absolutely smoked in the second round by Indiana and guys were sitting out games.
But they were hurt.
When guys sat out in the regular season...
We would always say to the players, if this were a playoff game, could you play?
Oh, yeah, of course.
If it was a playoff game, I could play.
So game two, they'd already lost game one to Indiana.
Darius Garland wasn't going to play in game two.
DeAndre Hunter, who got fouled in game one, that hard foul, I think it was Reuben Nembhard who did it.
And nobody on, everyone on Cleveland was like, oh, wow, look, poor DeAndre Hunter just got destroyed.
