Yeah, but then the reality is that now a lot of the clubs in the Premier League or in the Championship are owned by foreign ownership of sporting directors that could be from anywhere.
And there's a big pool of coaches at every job that probably comes up in line waiting for that job.
So us English coaches, we just have to work hard.
I don't think I don't get too caught up in the perception.
Why do we get a hard time or why do we get this opportunity?
You work hard in this game, as I know it.
I've worked hard since I started kicking the ball very young to try and have a playing career and then a managerial career.
And as I've got a little bit wiser, I've realised not to get too caught up in arguments of who gets this opportunity and why or whatever.
Just focus on what you've got in front of you.

And reaction in the modern day is so harsh.
You know, Xabi Alonso is the best coach in the world six months ago, and now he's out of his job, so he can't be any good.
You know, that's nonsense.
There's good coaches doing good work, sometimes good work.
It maybe doesn't come through in results, and in this modern world, we're very quick to make changes and all those things.
So that is an unfortunate part.
We're privileged to do this job, but that has come to the territory, and...
What I'm happy about being here is that I enjoy coming to work so I've got some really good people around me and a good group of players.
I love working with these players because they make me laugh every day.
