We see strange results.

He's Scottish, I'm French, and I've seen so many French players coming to the Premier League and weakening the Ligue 1.

And for me, it makes the club in France being weaker because they don't have those players, but it doesn't make the big teams bigger and stronger because we see Paris Saint-Germain getting better.
