We know this because we're in Pittsburgh, but for some reason, they won't touch it on national TV.
So I really think that's what struck the chord and why the tweet did so well.
Pomp, I want to go a step further here.
So if we look at all the draft picks in that same timeframe, which is since 2013, there's 96 total players that were drafted.
Only four of those guys have made a Pro Bowl.
Now, there's no defending that.
If you want to say, well, Bud Dupree played in a franchise tag, and that counts as a second contract, or Shazier would have got a second contract, or maybe Harmon's going to get a second contract, fine.
You cannot defend the four Pro Bowlers out of 96 players, though.
That's just awful.
There's a couple names that haven't surfaced, but of the five guys that they're interviewing right now, I'm on the record as saying you've got to get an offensive guy.
I give this stat all the time, too.
So if you look at the last seven Super Bowls, 13 of the 14 coaches that coached in that game have offensive backgrounds.
The one outlier is Bill Belichick.
So if that doesn't tell you that the NFL has moved on, you know, post-rule changes, everything favors the offense, and that you need an offensive guy who picks his quarterback, has a great relationship with that quarterback, then I don't know what will.
It seems obvious to me that that's the winning formula.
So I like Sheil Haas.
So do I. And I hope that's how you say it.
know what do you have to maybe not regardless here change is going to be good i think that's the real takeaway is this was long overdue and we need a shake up in the building here anyone who argues that is just denying every single statistic that's out there um if it was shula look i'm getting to know these guys just like you are right now like i'm not going to pretend that i have a deep knowledge of of shula and shilhas and minter and all these guys like we've only had 24 hours to dig in here but
Regardless, change is going to be good.
Well, I definitely think they're going to favor a defensive guy.
