This is Bishop Quispe Lopez and way up near the border of Bolivia, near the Andes Mountains in Peru.
And he's been, you know, the story's been bubbling out for about a year or so, but he's hit the international press because they say he has 17 female lovers.

What happened was he texted an amorous text accidentally to his cleaning lady, and then that started all sorts of anger.

It turned into a fight that almost turned into blows, an argument.
And these things together hit the Vatican because the cleaning lady informed the church.
