Being a GM is all about making very hard decisions. And when they don't work out, it makes you look so bad. And Joe Shane couldn't have made worse decisions last offseason, at least by the optics of it. And... Why would anyone sign up for that? They play during the week, and then the following Tuesday, you get to see leading up to that week. So it's like, okay, I'm in.
