If they can, if they get to that level where they can write something like that, you know, then it becomes a conversation about something else.
And I was like, Oh, that's kind of interesting.
So it's like, we can't do it, but when it can, it's a different problem.
I just, when you said that, I pictured like, I don't know, 20 years from now when like AIs and robots and maybe there's some sort of conflict between humans and I. Maybe humans discriminate against robots or whatever.
And I could see some conservative human being like, you'll just never know what it's like to overeat after Thanksgiving and throw on your pants.
Like, you'll never have that.
Like, that's the thing we have.
That's the thing that we have.
Do you think... I think AI as a comedian is hard, but do you think...
Because I still think a lot of comedy is not what the joke is.
It's who's saying it.
So do you think we'll get to a point where AI can get good enough that it's not funny if I read it off the screen, but it's funny if Kevin Hart read it?
Could we get there?
And if we get there, do we even need writers?
Because that seems more plausible to me because... And I only say that because...
whether it's late night or a war shows or whatever, it's not like every joke is a knee slapper.
But we laugh because we love Conan.
