No, look, what happened is they built on the old Air Force Base, just at the end of Tarapa Straight there, they converted that, along with the local iwi, into quite a significant shopping district that had free parking, you know, your Rebel Sports of the world, and your Briscoes, and a little mall, and it had a Hoyts and everything.

Free parking, huge big centre, and...

As a result, completely ripped the heart out of the CBD, who obviously lack of parking.

And parking actually, you got charged for parking, whereas you could go to the base and do all your shopping, free parking, no worries.

So CBD is struggling a little bit, making a bit of a renaissance, especially around that Hood Street with the bars and...

and restaurants around there, especially when the students are in town.

The real student vibe.
