I mean, sometimes it's a life lifestyle, a life choice.

You can't always determine these things.

But it was one of the reasons why.

Well, Kenny was keen to start having children a bit younger because he's not younger.

But we were in our 20s when we started because we tried to start because his dad was quite old when he'd had him.

And he always felt like, you know, he would like his dad was 50.

yeah and then his dad ended up dying when he was 19 so so he was always i think he had this fear of like yeah missing out on his children's lives but equally i was quite excited because even at that age before i'd had my own children i wanted to be a grandma who could do stuff and that's my physical motivation you know like work out i'm not working out right now because i'm getting these trousers i'm working out because i want to be able to physically do things with my grandchildren

Well, that's why I now work out.

So I also had, so I played hockey up until the age of 57.

Wow.

I played for the Bank of England ladies second 11, which is where I ended up.

I was in the first 11.

Anyway, I ended up in the second 11.

And I had a horrible knee injury in about 2018.

I got a torn meniscus in my knee.

It was a really bad tear.
